Supreme Court Schedules Hearing on Disqualified Rastriya Swatantra Party Candidate Kishori Sah Kamal's Candidacy Case

Kathmandu. The case of Kishori Sah Kamal, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate whose candidacy was rejected in Dhanusha-1, has been scheduled for hearing before a joint bench of Justices Sharanga Subedi and Tek Prasad Dhungana.

The hearing is scheduled for Friday on the writ petition he filed on Falgun 19, making the Election Commission the respondent against the rejection of his candidacy. Previously, on Falgun 25, a bench of Justice Nripadhwaj Niroula had issued a show-cause order in the case.

Furthermore, on Thursday, the Supreme Court issued an interim order in a separate writ filed by Sah, naming the Credit Information Center and others as respondents, directing them not to implement the decision to blacklist him.
