Man Arrested in Dharan for Alleged Murder Following Dispute

Suren Shrestha, 72, of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-5, has been arrested on charges of murder. Bharat Bik, a resident of the same sub-metropolitan city-15, was apprehended.

According to the Central Police Newsroom, Bharat was arrested on Thursday immediately after receiving news that Suren died at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences after being seriously injured in a beating by Bharat during a mutual dispute.

Meanwhile, Purnabahadur Lamichhane, 38, of Putalibazar Municipality-14, Satau, a fugitive accused in a theft case, has been arrested. The newsroom stated that he was presented before the District Court on Thursday for the execution of the verdict.
