Gen-Z Martyrs Memorial Park Construction Begins in Lalitpur

Construction has begun on the 'Gen-Z' Martyrs Memorial Park at the International Sports Complex in Satdobato, Lalitpur, featuring statues of 42 out of the 45 martyrs who lost their lives during the Gen-Z movement on Bhadra 23 and 24.

The construction work was initiated after the 124th board meeting of the National Sports Council, chaired by the then Minister for Youth and Sports, Bablu Gupta, decided to provide land for the park's construction.

This memorial park, being built in a historical and indigenous style, is expected to keep the contributions of the Gen-Z movement martyrs memorable for a long time.
