Proportional Representation Vote Counting Continues in Nepal's House of Representatives Election

Kathmandu. The counting of votes for the proportional representation system of the House of Representatives is still ongoing as of Wednesday morning. According to the latest details from the Election Commission (as of 2:00 AM Wednesday), a total of 10,720,567 votes have been counted so far. According to the latest results, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has secured 5,129,619 votes.

Similarly, the Nepali Congress, in second place, has received 1,745,974 votes, while the CPN-UML, in third place, has garnered 1,447,664 votes. The Communist Party of Nepal is seen in fourth place with 802,743 votes.

Likewise, the Shram Sanskriti Party has received 378,478 votes, while 329,197 votes have been cast in favor of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
