CPN Candidate Renu Dahal Concedes Defeat in Chitwan-3, Pledges Continued Service

Chitwan. Renu Dahal, the CPN candidate for the House of Representatives seat in Chitwan Constituency No. 3, stated that while she respects the election results, she was unable to win votes despite winning the hearts of the people through her work.

Accepting her defeat in Chitwan-3, she commented via social media, mentioning that she had dedicated nine years of energy to the development, prosperity, and good governance of Bharatpur in her political life. She stated that realizing the need for people-friendly policies and regulations for development, she left the post of Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City with 15 months remaining in her term to contest the House of Representatives election.

Congratulating Sobita Gautam, who won the election, Dahal expressed confidence that the votes of the people of Chitwan would not go to waste. She wished her success in working for the happiness, development, and prosperity of the people in the coming days.

She expressed gratitude to all the voters who trusted her and cast their votes, stating that she would never forget this trust. She also thanked the leaders, cadres, supporters, well-wishers, journalists, and artists of the Communist Party of Nepal who were active during the election campaign.

Dahal also expressed her commitment to remain continuously with the people of Chitwan for their rights, development, and prosperity.
