Election Commission to Provide Updated Voter Turnout Details at 6 PM Press Conference

Kathmandu. The Election Commission is set to provide updated details regarding the voting process for the House of Representatives elections at 6 PM today. Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, Joint Secretary and Spokesperson for the Election Commission, stated that the updated details would be shared during a press conference at the commission's office at 6 PM.

'This is to inform all concerned that a press conference has been organized at 6:15 PM today, Thursday, to provide updated information regarding the voting,' Spokesperson Bhattarai said in a notice.

Voting, which began at 7 AM, will continue until 5 PM. Voters who are already in line by 5 PM will still be allowed to cast their ballots. The commission held a press conference earlier in the day, noting that voters have participated enthusiastically. Voting is proceeding peacefully across the country, barring minor isolated incidents.
