Zelenskyy Says Ukraine Plans to Aid Middle Eastern Allies Against Iranian Drone and Missile Attacks

Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Ukraine is planning to assist Middle Eastern friendly nations against attacks using Iranian drones and missiles.

He mentioned holding discussions on this matter with his counterparts in the UAE and Qatar on Wednesday, and with leaders in Jordan and Bahrain on Thursday.

Following discussions with ministers and military commanders regarding the Middle East conflict, he directed the preparation of options for assistance without weakening Ukraine's own defense. Zelenskyy wrote on the social media platform X, 'Ukraine can help save lives and stabilize the situation,'

He further added, 'Our military has the necessary capabilities. Ukrainian experts will work on the ground, and teams are already coordinating. We are ready to help save lives, protect civilians, bring stability to the region, and restore safe passage.'
