Independent Candidate in Kathmandu Endorses CPN-UML's Ishwar Pokhrel for Election

Kathmandu. Komal Paudel, the candidate from the Aam Janata Party for Kathmandu Constituency No. 5, has announced his support for Ishwar Pokhrel, the candidate from the Communist Party of Nepal (UML).

Paudel, a sociologist, announced his support and solidarity for leader Pokhrel during a program held in Dhapasi today in Pokhrel's presence. Paudel stated that while campaigning door-to-door with a strong desire to protect national independence, solve public problems, and build an advanced nation, he found Pokhrel to be the candidate whose mandate matched his own sentiments.

Candidate Paudel also urged cooperation with CPN-UML candidates across the country for the sake of the nation and the people to contribute to building a secure, prosperous, and strong nation.
