Former RPP Assistant General Secretary Surendra Bahadur Shah Joins Rastriya Swatantra Party

Kathmandu. Surendra Bahadur Shah, who resigned from the post of Assistant General Secretary of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), has joined the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). Amidst the escalating election atmosphere, he has joined the RSP and is now engaged in party promotion.

Upon joining the party, the RSP has also assigned him responsibilities. He has been appointed as a member of the Federal Election Management Committee under the party's Vice Chairman DP Aryal, and tasked with providing support and coordination in the relevant areas of Kathmandu district.

He shared the information about the responsibility given by the RSP on his social media, Facebook, writing, "Thank you to the party for entrusting me with the responsibility as a member of the Federal Election Management Committee, chaired by the party's Vice Chairman DP Aryal ji, and for coordination and support in the relevant areas of Kathmandu district."

He also pledged to carry out his duties with complete honesty towards the party, keeping the nation paramount. He had previously left the RPP in the last week of Magh citing dissatisfaction with the party's operational methods and procedures.
