820 Personnel Deployed for House of Representatives Election in Rautahat Constituency-3

Rautahat.  A total of 820 personnel have been deployed for the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21 in Rautahat Constituency No. 3.

According to the Office of the Election Officer, Constituency No. 3, Katahariya, each polling center will have one Election Officer and one Assistant Election Officer. Polling centers with more than 500 voters will have three supporting staff/volunteers and one office assistant. Centers with fewer than 500 voters will have two supporting staff/volunteers each and one office assistant.

According to Election Officer Avadh Kishor Prasad Kushwaha, three supporting staff/volunteers and one office assistant each have been mobilized, along with the Election Officer and Assistant Election Officer, at the polling centers located at Namuna Ma Vi Katahariya-5 and Ma Vi Bhasedhwa.

He stated that 137 Election Officers, 137 Assistant Election Officers, 411 supporting staff/volunteers, and 137 office assistants have been mobilized for the 137 polling centers. He added that a fully proportional and transparent method was adopted for personnel deployment.

Rautahat-3 has 137 polling centers under 77 polling stations. In this constituency, there are a total of 108,699 voters, including 59,969 male voters, 48,730 female voters, and 1 person from the third gender.

A total of 41 candidates, both party-affiliated and independent, had filed nominations for the House of Representatives election. After one independent candidate withdrew their candidacy, 40 candidates are currently in the race.
