Koshi Province Government Decides to Register Projects for Upcoming Fiscal Year with National Planning Commission

Kathmandu. The Koshi Province government has decided to register the projects to be implemented from the province in the National Planning Commission for the upcoming fiscal year.

 Koshi Province Government Spokesperson and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Indramani Parajuli, informed that the Koshi Province Council of Ministers meeting held in Biratnagar on Thursday decided to register the overall and special grant projects to be implemented from the province for the upcoming fiscal year with the National Planning Commission.

The meeting also decided to present the bill to amend the Provincial Research Training Institute Act 2079 to the Law, Justice, and Provincial Affairs Committee, and also decided to send the project selection and classification project bank management procedure amendment to the Economic, Social, and Infrastructure Committee, he said.

Likewise, the meeting decided to form a Provincial LDC Graduation Implementation Committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister for the implementation of the smooth transition strategy.
