Nepal Rastra Bank Sets Foreign Exchange Rates for Saturday

Kathmandu. The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the foreign exchange rates for Saturday. Accordingly, the buying rate for one US Dollar has been set at 146.88 rupees and the selling rate at 147.48 rupees.

The buying rate for one Australian Dollar has been set at 102.79 rupees and the selling rate at 103.21 rupees; for one Canadian Dollar, the buying rate is 108.51 rupees and the selling rate is 108.95 rupees.

Similarly, the buying rate for one European Euro has been set at 175.12 rupees and the selling rate at 175.83 rupees; for one UK Pound Sterling, the buying rate is 201.94 rupees and the selling rate is 202.76 rupees.

The central bank has stated that it can revise these exchange rates at any time as needed. It was also mentioned that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates will be available on the central bank's website.
