Nepali Congress President Thapa Confirms Ongoing Dialogue with Former President Deuba

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has stated that he is in dialogue with the party's immediate past president, Sher Bahadur Deuba.

Addressing an election rally in Dhanusha-4 on Friday, President Thapa said there are currently no disagreements among the leaders in the Congress. Thapa stated that the party has entered the elections united.

Mahendra Yadav, a leader from the Deuba faction, is the Congress candidate in Dhanusha-4. "I am in constant dialogue with the party's immediate past president, the respected Sher Bahadur Deuba, and with other leaders of the party," Thapa said. "We may have disagreements on some issues, but ultimately we unite. We are united right now."
