CPN Leader Agni Sapkota Urges Cadres to Focus on Elections, Postpone Internal Debates

Kathmandu. CPN leader Agni Sapkota has urged party cadres to set aside numerous issues requiring debate and concentrate on the upcoming elections.

Speaking at an event organized in Kathmandu on Thursday marking the 22nd anniversary of Press Center Nepal, Sapkota stressed that although there are many unresolved matters and debates within the party, these should be postponed to focus entirely on the elections.

He emphasized that the entire focus of the party must be directed towards Falgun 21 to establish sovereignty and the right to self-determination. Leader Sapkota stated that a plan is being hatched to destroy the leftists, and therefore, the Communist Party of Nepal must move forward with further unification. He claimed that the popularity of the CPN is rapidly increasing, noting that other popular trends will eventually burst like a soap bubble.

Sapkota also mentioned that the misconceptions being spread against communist parties must be systematically dismantled.
