Individual apprehended with two firearms

Chandrapur (Rautahat) Nov 22: Police have detained a person in possession of illegal pistols and ammunition in Deuralichok, Chandrapur Municipality-4.

A unit from the Armed Police Force took 22-year-old Suman Acharya, a resident of Padampokhari, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-13, Makwanpur, into custody this afternoon along with the weapons.

Acting on specific intelligence, the Armed Police Force team from Nepal Security Base, Santapur, apprehended Acharya with the firearms, as reported by Deputy Superintendent Ramhari Adhikari of Armed Police Battalion No. 11.
