Festival-Focused Citizen Help Desk Opens at Gongabu New Bus Park
A special citizen help desk has been set up at the Gongabu New Bus Park in Kathmandu to assist people during the festive season. The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Office organized the opening of this service. The Chief of the Kathmandu Valley Police Office, Dan Bahadur Karki, officially inaugurated the help desk on Thursday.
Multiple Locations for Assistance
This service is not just at the New Bus Park. Help desks are now operating at 15 different locations throughout the Kathmandu Valley. This information was provided by Teknath Gautam, the General Secretary of the Nepal National Transport Entrepreneurs Association. He confirmed that these help desks started operating from today in various places including Chabahil, Gaushala, Balkhu, Kalanki, and also in the city of Banepa.
