Dr. Koirala States Nation's Condition is Deteriorating
Nepali Congress Member of Parliament, Dr. Shekhar Koirala, has stated that the country's political and social situation is heading towards deterioration every day. He made these remarks while addressing the 20th anniversary celebration of the Gyanjyoti Women's Secondary School in Kathmandu on Friday.

Dr. Koirala emphasized that the responsibility to improve the nation's declining political and social state lies with schools, politicians, and civil servants. He stressed the urgent need for everyone to move forward with a positive mindset, focused on how they can work together to advance the country.
Criticism of Token Grants and Emphasis on Education
The MP stated that real school development cannot be achieved by providing small, token grants. He highlighted that in a democracy, education is the most important element and that it is crucial to build an educated society. Dr. Koirala pointed out that education is what enables people to understand the world, which is why it must be the top priority.
Call for Government Focus on Community Schools
Dr. Koirala urged the government to focus its attention on improving the quality of community schools run by the state. He reiterated that the primary emphasis must be placed on education for genuine national progress.
