Adverse weather disrupts flights at Tribhuvan International Airport

Kathmandu, February 28 — Adverse weather conditions have disrupted regular flights to and from Tribhuvan International Airport.
According to the Tribhuvan International Airport office, several flights have been affected due to poor visibility.
According to the spokesperson of the office, Rinji Sherpa, Qatar Airways flight QR652, which was arriving from Doha to Kathmandu, was diverted to Kolkata.
Additionally, Nepal Airlines flights from Malaysia and Air China were also diverted.
Due to the weather, the Sichuan Airlines flight was canceled.
Domestic flights have also been impacted by the weather.
According to the office, flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Kathmandu to Bharatpur, Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, Kathmandu to Rajbiraj, Kathmandu to Biratnagar, Kathmandu to Janakpur, Kathmandu to Bhadrpur, and Kathmandu to Bhairahawa have been canceled.
Most flights have been delayed as well.
