Kathmandu sees light showers, overcast sky continues (photos)

Kathmandu, February 28 — Due to the influence of a western low-pressure system, light rainfall and snowfall have occurred in various parts of the country.

In the Kathmandu Valley, although there were light showers in the morning, significant rainfall has not occurred yet.

The sky in the valley remains overcast.

In many parts of the Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces, light rainfall with thunder is continuing.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division has indicated that light rainfall is expected to continue in the hilly areas of the country until the evening.
