House of Representatives meeting scheduled for today

Kathmandu, February 24 — The 11th session of the House of Representatives under the current Federal Parliament will be held on Monday. The meeting will start at 1 PM.
In today's meeting, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is expected to present the 34th Annual Report of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority for the fiscal year 2080/081.
Similarly, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak will present a proposal regarding the "Nepal Armed Police Force Bill, 2081."
Additionally, Sher Bahadur Kunwar will bring a matter of public importance to the attention of the Health and Population Minister, addressing the issue that people from some districts in Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces, who have been receiving free services from various hospitals, may no longer be able to access these services due to a lack of funding from the federal and provincial governments.
Dayal Bahadur Shahi and Pushpa Bahadur Shah will seek clarifications from the Minister of Health and Population.
Similarly, Rajendra Bajgain will present a proposal of urgent public importance regarding the destruction of crops in rural areas of Nepal by monkeys and wild boars, which has put farmers' security at risk.
The proposal calls for the formulation and implementation of policies to ensure agricultural security, wildlife management, and environmental balance as a long-term solution to this problem.
This proposal will be supported by Uday Shamser Rana. and Sanjay Kumar Gautam, as informed by General Secretary Padma Prasad Pandey.
