Ruling party whips agree to push forward pending bills

Kathmandu, February 16 — A meeting of the chief whips of the ruling parties has decided to move forward with the bills under consideration in the House.

The meeting, held at the parliamentary office of the CPN (UML) in Singha Durbar, was attended by the chief whips of the ruling parties from both the House of Representatives and the National Assembly.

According to Shyam Ghimire, the chief whip of the Nepali Congress, the meeting decided to advance the bills under consideration in both houses and emphasized the need to pass the Education and Civil Service Bills during this session.
