'PM Oli's India visit to follow Indian minister's Nepal trip'

Kathmandu, February 14 — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s visit to India will take place only after the visit of Indian Minister of Power and Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar to Nepal.

Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka, who returned to Nepal after completing his visit to India on Thursday, announced that Prime Minister Oli would visit India soon.

He mentioned that Indian Minister of Power and Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Khattar would soon visit Nepal, and only after that, Prime Minister Oli’s trip to India would be finalized.

Minister Khadka, who attended the "India Energy Week 2025," met with three Indian ministers—Minister of Power Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Water Resources C.R. Patil, and Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri—and discussed large projects, with positive outcomes from the talks.
