Oli criticizes Prachanda for emotional reactions after ouster as PM

Kathmandu, February 12 — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli remarked that some leaders, specifically referring to CPN (Maoist Center) Chair Prachanda, are reacting to their removal from government by beating their chests and pulling their hair.

He made this statement while addressing the Nepal Civil Employees Organization (affiliated to CPN-UML)'s convention on Wednesday.

"Some people are now beating their chests, pulling their hair. They say money was hidden in Switzerland," he said. "After getting nothing here, they point to Switzerland." 

He mocked claims about Swiss bank accounts and telecom bills from Cambodia, referring to these as exaggerated stories. 

He also emphasized that the current coalition, consisting of the UML and Congress, formed after both parties realized the need to unite.
