Female police constable found dead

Kathmandu, February 5 — A female police constable has been found dead at the Sankhu Police Post.

The deceased, identified as Nisha Chaudhary, was found dead under mysterious circumstances.

A police official from the Kathmandu District Police Range stated that her body was found hanging, with a shawl tied around her neck.

Chaudhary's duty was scheduled until 12 PM, but her colleagues mentioned that she left her post around 11 AM and headed back to the barracks.

Authorities are investigating the incident, and the Boudha Police Circle has started a formal inquiry to determine the cause of her death.
