Thailand Women set 107-run target against Nepal
Kathmandu, February 4 — Thailand Women posted a modest total of 106/6 in their 20 overs in the sixth match of the Women’s T20I Tri-Series in Nepal, played today at Kirtipur.
Batting first, Thailand Women found it challenging to form solid partnerships.
Nattaya Boochatham was their top scorer, managing 10 runs off 9 balls, while Aphisara Suwanchonrathi added 17 runs off 19 balls.
Nannapat Koncharoenkai contributed 19 runs from 23 balls.
Later, Thipatcha Putthawong remained not out on 26 runs from 31 balls, while Chanida Sutthiruang also finished unbeaten on 27 runs from 28 balls.
Nepal Women’s bowlers kept things tight, with Manisha Upadhayay being the standout performer, claiming 3 wickets for 18 runs in her 4 overs.
Puja Mahato also contributed with 1 wicket for 23 runs, while Rachana Chaudhary took a wicket for just 17 runs in her 4 overs.
