Maoist Center parliamentary party meeting underway at Singha Durbar
Kathmandu, January 29 — The meeting of the main opposition party, the CPN (Maoist Center), is currently underway at its parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar.
The meeting has been called to prepare for strengthening the party’s presence in the upcoming winter session of Parliament, which will begin on Friday.
The Maoist Center has concluded that the coalition government led by KP Oli has failed, and is now preparing to exert strong pressure from both the Parliament and the streets.
Prior to the meeting, the Maoists had called for a meeting of opposition parties at Singha Durbar in the morning.
