High Court orders for clarification report on Rabi Lamichhane's petition

Pokhara, January 28 — The High Court in Pokhara has ordered the submission of a clarification report regarding the petition filed by Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane.

The order was issued by the bench of Judge Milan Kumar Rai.

The District Court had previously ordered Lamichhane to pay a bail amount of 6.5 million rupees.

Lamichhane had paid the bail on January 9 and was released.

However, Lamichhane filed the petition in the High Court, claiming that the District Court's order was flawed.
