T20 Blind Cricket World Cup: Nepal secures second straight win against SA
Kathmandu, November 26 — Nepal achieved its second consecutive victory in the T20 Blind Cricket World Cup on Tuesday, defeating South Africa by 11 runs.
In their previous match, Nepal had an impressive win against Afghanistan, beating them by 108 runs.
After losing the toss, Nepal batted first and scored 198 runs for the loss of four wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Narsh Chaudhary led the team with a brilliant 80 runs off 57 balls, while Sagar Lama contributed 40 runs.
South Africa, in response, managed to score 187 runs in their 20 overs, losing only two wickets.
Nepal’s next match is against Pakistan, scheduled for tomorrow.
