Wife kills husband in Rukum Paschim over domestic dispute

Surkhet, November 19 — A woman in Rukum Paschim (Rukum West) has allegedly killed her husband. According to the District Police Office, Rukum West, 32-year-old Deepa Kumal of Chaurjahari Municipality-2 murdered her 40-year-old husband, Madhu Kumal.

Police reported that Deepa struck Madhu on the head with a wooden stick during a domestic dispute at approximately 2:30 AM last night, leading to his death.

The incident was reported to the police by the victim's son, Khim Kumal. Inspector Dipendra Rawal of the District Police Office stated that Deepa is currently in custody, and an investigation is underway.
