International conference of dermatologists wraps up
Chitwan – An international conference of dermatologists participated by 200 doctors from various countries has concluded here on Saturday after holding discussions on dermatological diseases especially found in the tropical region.
The two-day conference organised by Society of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists of Nepal also held deliberations on various aspects of dermatological diseases seen around the world.
Coordinator of the conference organising committee Dr Sashi Hirachan said the conference held discussions focusing mainly on the causes of dermatological diseases, their diagnosis and their current situation especially in the tropical region.
He said 200 dermatologists and specialists from Nepal, Pakistan, India, Maldives, Switzerland, among various countries, attended the conference which featured the presentation and deliberations on 35 papers.
