PM Oli denies plans for party split ordinance

Kathmandu, October 21 — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stated that he has no plans to introduce an ordinance regarding party division.

He made this remark while receiving a memorandum submitted by opposition parties on Monday evening at his residence in Baluwatar.

"I have no plans to bring an ordinance on party division. You may have doubts because others have done it in the past, but I have no such intentions," Oli was quoted as saying by Rajendra Lingden, the chairman of the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party, in an interview with Ratopati.
