T20 series: Nepal completes clean sweep against USA

Kathmandu, October 21 — The Nepal cricket team  clean swept the USA in their three-match T20 series, concluding with a convincing 8-wicket victory in the final match held at Texas Grand Prairie Stadium.

Batting first, the USA posted a competitive score of 156 for 5 in their allotted 20 overs. Sompal Kami was the standout bowler for Nepal, taking 3 wickets and helping to restrict the USA's scoring.

Nepal chased down the target efficiently, reaching 157 runs in just 18.2 overs.

Aasif Sheikh led the charge with a stellar half-century, scoring 50 runs. Contributions from Kushal Malla (44) and Kushal Bhurtel (40) ensured a smooth finish to the game.
