Global IME Bank announces dividend ahead of AGM

Kathmandu, October 8 — Global IME Bank Limited has announced its dividend.

In a meeting of the board of directors held on Monday, the bank decided to issue 5.5 percent bonus shares based on the distributable profit and capital adjustment fund for the fiscal year 2023/24.

The bank stated that this dividend will be distributed after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and subsequent ratification at the upcoming annual general meeting.
