Police to file supplementary charge against Lamichhane

Kathmandu, September 20 — Police are set to file supplementary charges against former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.

The police headquarters has instructed the District Police Office, Kaski to gather evidence against Lamichhane in the Surya Darshan Savings and Loan Cooperative case.

Based on the recommendations of the parliamentary inquiry committee, the Kaski police have been given an "oral directive" to prepare supplementary charges, according to a senior official at the police headquarters
