Price of gold sets new record

Kathmandu, September 15 — The price of gold has set a new record today. It increased by 500 rupees per tola on Sunday compared to Friday.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold is trading at 156,800 rupees per tola today, marking the highest price ever.
On Friday, it was priced at 156,300 rupees per tola.
Silver prices have also risen by 40 rupees per tola compared to the previous day.
On Friday, silver was trading at 1,860 rupees per tola, whereas today it stands at 1,900 rupees per tola.
