Four people found dead across Nepal in past 24 hours
Kathmandu, September 8— Two people have been found dead in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.
According to Nepal Police, a man's body was discovered on the banks of the Bagmati River near the water tank at Samakhusi in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-31 on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as 49-year-old Kedar Bahadur Khadka, a permanent resident of Sindhuli and currently residing at Naradevi, Kathmandu.
In another incident, 50-year-old Lokendra Mahat was found dead in his rented room at Ranibari in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26. Mahat was originally from Shukla Gandaki Municipality-8, Tanahun.
Additionally, 50-year-old Dharmendra Singh was found dead in his yard at Bhanupath of Siddharthnagar Municipality-9 in Rupandehi on Saturday.
A 14-year-old boy, whose identity and nationality have not yet been disclosed, was found dead in a community forest at Bhimeshwor Municipality, Dolakha.
The police are investigating these cases.
