Kathmandu, September 6 — The government has decided to appoint Dinesh Kumar Ghimire, Secretary of the Finance Ministry (Revenue), as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Employees Provident Fund. This decision was made during the Cabinet meeting held on Thursday.

The Cabinet also approved the agenda for Nepal's participation in the seventh meeting of Nepal-U.S. Trade and Investment Framework Agreement Council Meeting, scheduled to take place in Kathmandu on September 16 and agreed to form a negotiation team for the event.

Additionally, the meeting resulted in 24 other decisions.
