Gold Prices soar to record 152,600 rupees per tola

Kathmandu, August 18 - Gold prices have reached a new all-time high in Nepal’s market on Sunday. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association, worked gold was priced at a record 152,600 rupees per tola (11.66 grams).

This is a significant increase from the previous rate of 149,600 rupees per tola set on Friday. The previous highest price for gold was 150,800 rupees per tola on August 12.

Silver prices also saw an increase, rising to 1,810 rupees per tola on Sunday, up from 1,760 rupees per tola on Friday.
