Chandragiri Hills reports 99.39% profit surge
Kathmandu, August 15: Chandragiri Hills Limited has reported a substantial increase in profit, doubling its earnings from the previous financial year. In fiscal year 2079/80, the company achieved a profit of NPR 112.2 million.
For the financial year 2080/81, the company's profit surged by 99.39 percent, reaching NPR 1 billion. This significant improvement is attributed to a rise in revenue from NPR 91.34 million in the previous year and a reduction in financial expenses.
The company’s financial expenses decreased from NPR 285 million last year to NPR 231.7 million this year. Additionally, during the review period, the company earned NPR 10.1 million from other income sources.
As of the end of June 2081, Chandragiri Hills Limited's paid-up capital stands at NPR 1.534 billion, with a reserve fund showing a negative balance of NPR 76 million. The company's earnings per share are NPR 14.56, and the net worth per share is NPR 95.39.
