Nabil Bank invites applications for SSE Fellowship Program

Kathmandu, August 12: Nabil Bank has announced the opening of applications for the fourth batch of its 'Nabil School of Social Entrepreneurship' (SSE) Fellowship Programme, following the success of the third batch.

Nepalese citizens aged 18 and above with innovative ideas for social change can apply until August 30, 2024.

The bank is offering free training to entrepreneurs with fresh ideas in fields such as agriculture, tourism, energy, environmental protection, and information technology. Interested individuals can apply by filling out a form on the bank’s website or by scanning the QR code provided.

This initiative is part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility efforts.

The six-month program, conducted in collaboration with Tribhuvan University’s School of Management, will offer residential and hands-on training.

Participants will receive comprehensive guidance throughout the social enterprise development cycle and support in overcoming practical challenges with expert assistance.

To date, 56 social entrepreneurs have completed the Nabil SSE program, with 80 percent having established their own enterprises and creating 1,184 job opportunities.
