KMC issues ultimatum for evacuation of Lalita Niwas Area

KATHMANDU: In a recent development, the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has issued a stern ultimatum to residents, businesses, and institutions situated in the Lalita Niwas Area.

They are required to vacate the premises within a week.

This decision comes in light of the Special Court's ruling, affirming the government's ownership of the area.

Failure to comply with this directive may result in further legal actions by the local authorities.
