Hearing on Balkrishna Khand’s writ on Dec 14

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: The hearing on the writ filed by Balkrishna Khand, who is currently in prison ongoing trial on the Fake Bhutanese Refugee Case, has been scheduled for December 14.

The hearing has been scheduled for December 14 by the Patan High Court in the bench of a third Judge after the opinions of two Judges clashed on whether to release Khand on bail or keep him imprisoned.
