Seven supporters of Durga Prasai gathered in Tinkune arrested

KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Seven anti-Republic supporters of Durga Prasai who were gathered in Tinkune have been arrested.

Police arrested the 7 people who were gathered in Tinkune against the order of the local administration and took them to the nearest Police Station. The coordinator of the Bir Gorkhali Saurav Bhandari, members of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party Pashupati Kathayat, Shyam Timilsina, Tej Narayan Kandel, Angnima Sherpa and others are among those arrested.

The local administration has not permitted Durga Prasai and his supporters to demonstrate in the Tinkune area.

Prasai has declared to keep his protest movement that started on November 24 going until the system is changed.
