4.5 magnitude quake hits Jajarkot following 5.8 magnitude quake

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: Two earthquakes have hit Jajarkot on Monday. 

A 5.8 magnitude earthquake hit Jajarkot with its epicenter at Ramidanda of the district on Monday at 4:31 pm according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center (NEMRC).

Following that, another earthquake of magnitude 4.5 Richter Scale hit Jajarkot with its epicenter at Paink of the district at 4:40 pm, NEMRC confirmed.

Earlier on Friday night, an earthquake of magnitude 6.4 Richter Scale with its epicenter at Ramidanda wreaked havoc on Jajarkot and Rukum Pashchim districts with a huge death toll and damage to properties.
