Parliament’s joint meeting being held on Tuesday at 4 pm

UN General-Secretary Guterres to address the meeting

KATHMANDU, Oct 30: The joint meeting of the parliament being held for the purpose of addressing the meeting by the General-Secretary of the United Nations Antonio Guterres, has been fixed for 4 pm on Tuesday.

The General-Secretary of the federal parliament Dr. Bharatraj Gautam informed that the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire, after consulting with the Chairperson of the National Assembly, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, fixed the time for the meeting on Tuesday at 4 pm.

The joint meeting will be held at the meeting room of the House of Representatives situated at the Birendra International Convention Center (BICC) in New Baneshwar, as per the notice issued by Gautam.

UN General-Secretary Guterres, who came to Nepal for a four-day visit, will leave Nepal on Wednesday.
