DPM Shrestha returns home
KATHMANDU, Oct 25: Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha has returned home. He, who was on a trip to China, landed at 11:30 am at the Tribhuwan International Airport.
Shrestha had gone to participate in the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) which was held on the 17th and 18th of October in Beijing, China. Immediately after the completion of the Forum, Shrestha had a heart attack and had undergone an emergency operation.
After an operation and a five-day treatment at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, his health condition has returned to normal. However, doctors have suggested that he rest for some days.
