Dr. Hrishikesh Shrestha given responsibility of Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital’s Executive Director

KATHMANDU, Oct 13: The responsibility of the Executive Director of Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital has been given to Dr. Hrishikesh Shrestha. After the former Director Prof. Dr. Bishnu Datta Paudel gave his resignation, Dr. Shrestha was given the responsibility.

It has been arranged in the Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital Formation Committee to appoint the eleventh-level senior consultant as the director. According to the same arrangement, the only consultant of the eleventh level of the hospital, Dr. Hrishikesh Shrestha was given the responsibility of the executive director. Health Minister Mohan Bahadur Basnet decided to give the responsibility to Dr. Shrestha.

The Ministry of Health and Population sent a letter to Dr. Shrestha on Friday and assigned him the responsibility of the acting Executive Director along with financial and administrative powers until further arrangements.
