Ruling Coalition suggests Govt. to end parliament session on Friday

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: The ruling coalition has suggested the government to end the ongoing session of the parliament in the meeting of the coalition held on Thursday due to the arrival of the festive season.

A leader who participated in the meeting said that it is the government who will decide whether to end the session or not, but the coalition suggested to the government in the meeting, that it would be appropriate to end the session by holding a meeting on Friday.

Leader of the CPN Maoist Center Hitraj Pandey confirmed that the topic of ending the parliament session was discussed in the coalition meeting. The Budget session started on the 7th of May, 2023.

The House of Representatives meeting has been called for 2 pm on Friday.
