Nepalese employees in Israel to be brought back by chartered plane
KATHMANDU, Oct 9: The government has initiated the procedure of bringing Nepalese employed in Israel back home by chartered plane. The cabinet meeting held on Monday has made the decision that if the Nepalese people, who are in Israel for education, employment or other purposes, want to return home, they will arrange chartered plane from Nepal Airlines and Himalaya Airlines to bring them back as soon as possible.
The meeting has also decided to give approval to the Nepalese Embassy in Israel to employ local people, who are fluent in Hebrew, for a maximum of 3 months to assist in the rescue and repatriation of Nepalese in Israel.
Similarly, the Cabinet has decided to coordinate and facilitate the safe rescue of Nepalese from dangerous areas of Israel by the Nepalese Embassy in Israel. Similarly, it has been decided to give permission to the embassy to establish and manage a temporary transit home for Nepalese who want to return to Nepal.
Similarly, Communication Minister Rekha Sharma, who is also the spokesperson of the government, informed that it has been decided to take the help of the Israeli government, neighbouring countries and other allied countries for the rescue of Nepalese.
