Debates of Government Attorneys end, Debates of defendants begin

KATHMANDU, Sep 4: Government Attorneys have ended their debates in the land misappropriation case of the government land inside the Lalita Niwas Camp in Baluwatar. 

The Government Attorneys that debated on Monday, today, were the District Attorneys of the District Government Attorney’s Office Janak Prasad Ghimire and Basudev Sharma, and the Assistant District Attorneys Prakash Ghimire and Prakash Gyawali. Four Government Attorneys debated in the bench of Judge Bholanath Dhakal on Sunday as well.

After the debates from the Government Attorneys have ended, the defendants have begun their debates. Debates on behalf of defendants Shivaji Bhattarai, Rudra Kumar Shrestha and Balkrishna Shrestha have already ended.

Now 15 people’s debates are remaining among the 18 arrested in the case.
